Join us for an incredible night at our 2019 Gala and help us raise vital funds to transform the futures of thousands of young people. Our vision is to support 10,000 young people a year by 2023, giving even more young people the chance to realise their potential through creativity. Every pound you help us raise at the gala is critical to achieving this goal.

The Event

Pet Shop Boys, Laura Mvula, Beverley Knight, Seal and the Trevor Horn Band will be joined by a line-up of other world-class artists soon to be announced. Guests will be treated to a Champagne and canapé reception on arrival, followed by a lavish three course meal in our iconic Main Space.

The evening will be hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan and will also include performances from our very own Roundhouse home-grown talent.

On the night there will be the opportunity to bid for money-can’t-buy items in our auction, including incredible artwork from Sir Antony Gormley, Marc Quinn, Conrad Shawcross and Sir Peter Blake; the chance to train to be a jockey for a year and a trip to Miami with a once in a lifetime opportunity to sit on the lighting desk for a Rolling Stones gig and meet Ronnie Wood. Our auction website is now live. You can bid on our silent auction items and take a look at our live auction items too.

On the outset it’s good for building morale and confidence but you might just discover you’ve got a real passion for something, it’s got untold value.

About The Roundhouse

Each year we offer thousands of young people the opportunity to transform their lives by taking part in projects at the Roundhouse in music, media or the performing arts. Over 50% of the young people we work with are from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

We’re aiming to grow the number of young people we work with to 10,000 a year by 2023; engaging more young people in creative opportunities, particularly those from disadvantaged and under-represented backgrounds.

To deliver our transformational creative work with young people, and to programme ground-breaking productions that involve young people, we have to raise £3.5 million every year. The Gala is a key event in achieving this target, join us on 14 March to help provide thousands of young people hope for a better future.

Since 2013 our biennial gala has raised over £2m to support our transformational work.
