TJ is a multidisciplinary artist and producer raised in London and West Yorkshire with roots from Jamaica and Uganda. With keen interest in Black, Neurodivergent and Queer stories. They are currently Taking Part assistant associate Producer at the Young Vic and have worked as a project assistant for BFI Academy at HOME Manchester. A co-producer and assistant director of “Dzifa”. Scarlet-Rose is an actor and writer from South London. Her credits include: comedy showcase at the Museum of Comedy dir. by Mark Ravenhill (2025), and 1838 Against the Tide (Almeida Theatre, 2025), The Welkin by Lucy Kirkwood (Bedlam Theatre society), and You Me Bum Bum Train (West End). She is also a member of National Youth Theatre.

Sahar Malaika (she/her) is a British-Ismaili actor, writer and director, born and raised in Northwest London with Persian, Indian and African roots. As well as being a member of Centre 59, she is currently a Production Assistant at Avalon UK. Millie is an actor, writer and visual artist. Marcel is an actor, poet and writer. As a theatremaker his credits include: Almeida Young Company (2024) and Burnt Orange Zest Writer’s Programme (2024-25). Lia is an actor, writer, director, technician (lighting bias), facilitator and aspiring clown. Kavern is a South London-based actor, dancer, director, theatre-maker, photographer, videographer and University of Warwick PPE Graduate. He trained with the National Youth Theatre, is an advanced tap dancer and previously attended the Theatre Peckham Theatre School.

Joe is an actor, writer, director and sound designer. Joe recently wrote and directed his debut play Lap Dog which played at The Hope Theatre. Iman is an actor, director-photographer and DJ/musician. As a child, she performed at Shaftesbury Avenue (2004), trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School (Saturday School) (2012 – 2016).

She directed her first short film in 2024, a black sit-com based in London, “Faithfully”, set to release later this year. Holly is an actor, writer and singer from North London. Holly trained at SOTO dance for ten years in multiple styles and has also received training in vocal pedagogy and somatic voicework with the LoVetri Institute. Geneve is an actor, visual artist and photographer from Hong Kong. She has performed with the Almeida Young Company (Reverb, 2026) and trained with Old Vic Theatre Makers (2025) and New Earth Theatre’s Performers Academy (2024). A First Class Fine Art graduate from Central Saint Martins, her work has been featured in ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar Hong Kong, and she recently exhibited at Tate Britain as part of Girls in Film x Tate Collective.

Dami is an actor, facilitator, teacher and curator committed to creative accessibility. His acting credits include: Louis, Here We Stand Dir. As a curator, he has worked as a Young Council representative and as a film programmer for the London Short Film Festival, in addition to this, he has made contributions to exhibitions at the Maritime Museum.

Daisy is an actor from North London.  Most recently wrote and directed her own play ‘A Man Called Acceptance’ in Brighton Fringe. Currently appearing in ‘…before I wake’ as Prudence, she also choreographed the movement in this show.

Alessa is a multidisciplinary artist and academic raised in North London, with African-American, Indian, and German roots. She is making her acting and writing debut with Centre 59. Before launching her creative career she worked as a researcher and designer in the climate justice sector. As a creative her credits include: producer for the London International Gospel Choir, production assistant for You Me Bum Bum Train, and dramaturg/producer for local Fringe productions across London and Edinburgh.

Renée is an actor, writer and poet from South East London. She is a member of the National Youth Theatre and was the recipient of their Audition Choice Award in 2025. Eric is a London-based multidisciplinary Artist and Actor with a background in fine arts. With a passion for visual storytelling, he explores themes of Identity, Resilience, and Lived experiences. Making his stage debut in Sonder(s), a Centre 59 production, marks the beginning of his journey in merging performance with visual storytelling, delving into complex characters and powerful narratives. His approach to acting mirrors his artistic process, rooted in a deep understanding of human emotion, as he strives to spark conversation and challenge perspectives through his creative work.

Born in the county of Shakespeare, Warwickshire girl Honor May Fitz-Maurice has had the greatness of theatre thrust upon her from a young age; Bringing her larger than life charisma, operatic belt and comedy extraordinaire to the big city in 2017, where she has since strived to hone and develop her craft. Previous credits include Frantic Assembly (2018), Southwark Playhouse Young Company (2019-2021), Head Held High Stand-up Comedy (2019-2021), National Youth Theatre’s Epic Stages (2022), Twisty Turny Theatre’s Plague (2023) and also wrote and performed in Good Women at the Boiler House Festival (2023). And just when you thought she’d done enough…she only went and joined Centre 59 for the Roundhouse 360 (2025) – She is loving being part of this amazing group and is looking forward to seeing what the future holds!

Ibrahim is a London-based actor, writer, movement director, and cinematographer with a keen eye for storytelling. Since professionally debuting in Emil and the Detectives at the National Theatre; he has trained extensively for stage and screen, whilst performing in venues such as the Duke of York Theatre in Up All Night.
With a background in gymnastics and dance, he brings a transformative physicality to his characters and performances, complemented by the multiple accents in his toolkit. Academically curious too, he holds a master’s in political economy.

Ilmur is an actress, singer/songwriter, dancer, movement director and DJ from Reykjavik, Iceland. Most recently, Ilmur played the leading role in the Icelandic feature film Natatorium. After the filming of Natatorium she attended the foundation course at the Oxford School of Drama and decided then and there she had to move to the UK. Since September 2024, she has lived in London and shortly after moving she auditioned for Centre 59. Alongside acting, she has taken on the roles of movement director and head of graphic design and social media within the company.

Jaden Campbell is an actress and writer making her stage debut in Sonder(s).  She has also participated in creative marketing mentorships with the Women’s Association, collaborating with renowned companies such as Soho House and Leo Burnett. She has honed her craft through the Apples and Snakes/ The Arvon writing retreat programme. With a strong desire to expand her career in both theatre and creative writing, Jaden has also explored an artistic opportunity such as zine making.

Justice is a Multidisciplinary Artist, Writer, Musician and Theorist based in South London.  Having previously enrolled in prior Roundhouse Creative Programs. Sonder(s) is his theatrical Debut. His work doesn’t have an exact Modus Operandi but tends to find itself engaging with the exploration and experimentation of Form across various Mediums. Justice is an incredibly passionate, astute artist who has loved having been a part of Centre 59, he will continue to learn more of Drama and Directing Theatre. He ultimately wishes for a life of making Music, Theatre and Directing Film.

Lauren is an Irish/British actress and bartender from Hemel Hempstead. She has recently starred as B in Tom Draper’s two-hander And at Make Your Own Opportunity’s scratch night. Lauren also played Mary in the short film Only Begotten Son (2025), and performed in a stage adaptation of Blackadder as part of Gobstoppers Theatre Co., with whom she has performed numerous Shakespeare plays at the Minack Theatre. Acting is Lauren’s first love but she has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to explore directing and writing throughout the Centre 59 process.

Makes his stage debut with Centre59’s genesis show, Sonder(s). Equally at home on screen, Lawrence has also honed his craft through a string of independent projects including the BFI Film Academy’s short “The Machine”. Off-Camera, he shapes stories as a colour grader for short films, adverts and social content; backed by a past life in data-science and marketing. Lawrence brings technical skill to his creative ventures which he looks to use as he builds his stage and screen-acting career.

Mannan is a Somali British actor based in North West London. She has participated in the Donmar Warehouse’s Local Residency and Take the Stage programs and is currently apart of Centre 59.

Mascuud is an actor, writer, spoken word artist, DJ and law graduate born and raised in East London.

Mascuud performs poetry – headlining several sold-out shows across London. He works as a programmer and jury member with the London Short Film Festival. As a writer, he blends prose and poetry to craft stories and he has showcased his written work at the Royal Court and Talawa Firsts. Mascuud is almost always never seen without his film camera.

Born and raised in Oxford, Mason discovered his love for performance at a young age, joining the Pegasus Theatre’s youth company, where he honed his craft. After performing in theatre across the UK and in Grenoble, he stepped away from acting, believing he’d never be given the opportunity. Now back with renewed passion, Mason is an actor, writer, and facilitator driven by bold, authentic storytelling that amplifies British youth culture, with a focus on the Black British queer experience. He is excited and proud to have written and be performing in Sonder(s) as part of Centre 59, and hopes to one day develop stories from his life into a play. Above all, Mason dreams of doing what he loves every day for the rest of his life.

Mia is an actor hailing from south of the Thames, Mia makes her writing and stage debut in Cut and Dye as Zara. By day, she is a journalist with a diverse career spanning TV, radio, and documentaries, where she specialises in financial and political news across the EMEA region. With a passion for storytelling both on and off the stage, Mia is excited to step into this new chapter, combining her love for the arts with her wealth of experience in the media industry.

Nadia is a South Asian actor and model from London who most recently directed and performed in  Changing rooms a new play performed at the Drayton Arms Theatre, which she co-wrote. She has also performed at the New Diorama in a devised piece called Everywoman and did a foundation course at the Oxford School of Drama after doing three years of Theatre at the Brit School. When she’s not writing or performing she can be found navigating the London Underground better than most!

Niall is an actor-director from West London with an interest in interactive and immersive performances and is thrilled to be a part of Centre 59. He began performing through the Questors Youth Theatre, appearing in Brassed Off and the Beck Theatre’s The Wizard of Oz. Whilst studying English Literature and Drama at Queen Mary, he performed in numerous shows, including leading King Mob, along with directing both Kenneth and A Toe Tale, the latter as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He also produced and engineered a short audio experience, Synesthesia, applying his passion for music and electric guitar production.

Born in London and raised between London and Dublin, Nora was educated at Oxford University, where she studied History. She is an actor and writer with Egyptian-Greek heritage on her dad’s side and Moroccan-Spanish on her mum’s. She speaks Spanish and Arabic fluently. Working at United Agents and later at The Way, she gained a deep appreciation for the craft from the other side, observing how stories are brought to life. In the summer of 2023, an unexpected National Theatre audition where she reached the final few gave her a clear direction. Combined with Meisner training, it set her on the path to a lifelong career as an artist. Stage credits include The Lover, The Power of One, and Three Tweets. She also wrote for Peace & Freedom, part of this show.

Perse is an actor, director and writer with a deep passion for queer narratives in theatre. They dream of one day starring in a period piece that explores the complexities of historical gender and sexuality. Perse played Stella in Dating Yourself Etcetera Theatre (2023), an ensemble piece about self-identity. Directing Peace and Freedom has allowed Perse to craft a new world with their company.

Shanice  is an actor and dancer from London, most recently playing her first lead role in Theatre Peckham’s Cleopatra’s Antony, and the role of Brittany in Almeida Theatre’s Beyond Her Years. She started her artistic journey through youth programmes and in Centre 59, she is part of the costume & set design, marketing and lighting team. Theatre focused on faith and identity is what she’s most passionate about and will explore more of. When not performing, she enjoys cooking, thrift shopping and listening to Gospel music.

Simeon is a Bulgarian actor based in London. He began performing at 13, touring across Bulgaria in a range of stage productions. His training includes time at RADA and further development under master clown Philippe Gaulier. Recently, he acted in two Bulgarian short films alongside some of the country’s leading actors, composing the score for one of them. Also a music producer and multi-instrumentalist, Simeon created the soundtrack for Peace and Freedom. The child of a former professional athlete, he grew up in an acrobatics gym, which gave him the physical awareness that later supported his martial arts training. Sinead is a North London-born actress, writer, and dancer. She recently played Maeve in Beyond Her Years at the Almeida Theatre, directed by Hana Pascal Keegan. Other stage credits include Jada in Elephant in the Room (2022) at The Bomb Factory Theatre, directed by Mojola Akinyemi. While training with Centre 59, Sinead has developed her craft in improvisation, devised theatre, and writing, finding her voice as both a performer and storyteller. She is currently developing new work with Hackney Showroom Young Artists, set to be performed in July. She is dedicated to telling stories that highlight the Black experience in Britain while also exploring a diverse range of stories that challenge, inspire, and connect with audiences. Alongside acting, Sinead is passionate about street and commercial dance styles, bringing energy and physicality to her performances.

Tobi’s journey into acting began in a way he never could have anticipated. Growing up, he was always drawn to stories — books, movies, and plays — that allowed characters to express themselves fully and without fear. However, he didn’t immediately recognize acting as a potential path for himself. It wasn’t until he joined Centre 59, a transformative space for creative growth, that he realized the true potential within him. At Centre 59, he found not only a community of like-minded individuals but also a platform to explore and nurture his  craft in a supportive environment. He is excited to continue growing as an actor, to keep learning, and to keep pushing the boundaries of what he  can do. Centre 59 has given him the confidence to not only take risks in my performances but to also take ownership of my own voice as an actor.

Tom is a writer, performer, stand-up comedian and excellent table tennis player from Essex. He has had work featured as part of Theatre503’s Rapid Write Response and has a short play Replacement in the upcoming Ink Festival. He is a founding member of Turnip Fish Theatre company with whom he performed the lead role of Henry in Funny Money at the Maddermarket Theatre. As a stand-up comedian he performs regularly on the London circuit and in 2023 he toured his one-man-show ‘Viking 9-to-5’ around the country. He is currently an actor and writer with Centre59 at the Roundhouse.”

Tom is an actor who was spotlighted in the ‘British Comedy Guide’ in 2017. Tom has produced improvised sketches playing a variety of characters and is now focused on dramatic work and is excited to be appearing in Sonder(s) for Centre 59.

Tyler is an East London raised actor, writer, facilitator and poet. Creating work on working-class identity within the city, he has a particular focus on relationships within digital and online queer spaces.  Tyler has performed at Stratford Royale, SoHo Theatre (NT Connections), Royal Court Theatre (NYT Big Weekender), open mic’s The Arcola Theatre and a shortlisted poet for The Roundhouse Three Sixty Poetry Competition. Veronica is a Mexican/Canadian actor from South East London. Starring and making her co-writing debut with Cut and Dye, she also explores cross-disciplinary interests as part of set and costume design subgroup for Sonder(s). Actor debut as Lepidus in Theatre Peckham’s production of ‘Cleopatra’s Antony’ (2024), Veronica looks forward to also building skills in spatial design, script writing, movement, photography, and singing/songwriting – the latter for which she volunteers at her church on the worship team. At the heart of Veronica’s work is a passion to deliver messages to audiences through a vivid posterity lens – a responsibility she believes is on every artist to challenge ‘broken’ narratives in culture.

ACTOR / DESIGN

Weronika is an actor, dancer, and artist with a passion for storytelling through multiple creative disciplines. She trained with the National Youth Theatre and has dedicated over a decade to classical ballroom and Latin dance. In addition to her work as a performer, Weronika is also a visual artist and has contributed to this production’s set design and costume, bringing her artistic vision to the stage. She thrives in collaborative environments and continues to explore the intersections of performance and design in her work.

ACTOR / WRITER

Zoe is an actor, writer and singer-songwriter based in London and the South-West. She is of mixed French, Basque and British heritage. A native French and English speaker, Zoe is also fluent in Japanese and works as an influencer on Japanese social media. She has written for stage, radio and screen, and is currently working on her second prospective radio sit-com pilot. She is a member of Eleanor K band, and is working on her first solo EP. Cut and Dye is Zoe’s first experience of leading a group of writers as head writer and dramaturg.
