In November 2024 Centre 59 launched a new young theatre company for ages 18-25. Over six months young people learned the fundamentals of storytelling and work with their peers to devise a new theatre production – Sonder(s) – that was performed live at the Roundhouse in April 2025, as part of Roundhouse Three Sixty Festival.
The programme gives young people an insight into what it’s like to create and perform in a professional setting.
Performing pieces devised entirely by its members, Sonder(s) was a celebration of the voices of emerging young talent.
A new company will be formed in Autumn 2025, sign up to email updates to be the first to hear when applications are announced.
