2017 sees the return of In The Round, a series of intimate performances staged in a rarely seen fully seated concert set-up at the Roundhouse.
Confirmed to appear so far are Nashville music pioneers Lambchop, Norwegian experimental jazz band Jaga Jazzist, the angel-voiced singer/songwriter Lisa Hannigan, pioneering British grime MC/rapper Ghetts, one of Africa’s most iconic collectives Orchestra Baobab, the fearlessly innovative Susheela Raman performing with Ghost Gamelan Orchestra, a co-headline set and collaboration from Martha Wainwright and Ed Harcourt, Godfathers of alternative cabaret The Tiger Lillies and the legendary Julian Cope.
With a limited number of tickets available, In the Round is a unique opportunity to see some of the world’s leading artists perform up close within the Roundhouse’s iconic architecture.
The stage setup was beautiful, the performance was stunning; it was honestly magical.
Best night of my life. The layout was amazing, so intimate. The lighting was particularly good.
An intimate and special place to see a music event.
