Want to represent the Roundhouse and get paid to champion the arts?

We’re looking for a new cohort of enthusiastic Youth Ambassadors to advocate for our work, represent us at major events, and help shape the future of our creative community. 

As a Youth Ambassador, you’ll be a key voice for the Roundhouse. You’ll represent us at local festivals and university events, sharing your personal journey through our Studios and projects to inspire the next generation of creatives. Beyond advocacy, you’ll play a vital role in our community by collecting feedback from fellow young people and supporting our social networks and community meetings. 

This is a year-long role designed to fit around your other commitments, offering you a platform to develop your leadership skills while making a real impact on how we support young people.

What you’ll gain:

• Professional Pay: £54.40 – up to and including 4 hours of work, £110.80 – over 4 hours of work up to a maximum of 8 hours

About the Roundhouse Youth Work Team

This programme is led by the Roundhouse Youth Work team. We are dedicated to providing holistic support and professional pathways for young creatives. By joining this cohort, you’ll work directly with our staff to ensure youth voice remains at the heart of everything Roundhouse does. 

Experience Level

To apply, you must be aged 18–25 and be a current Creative Studios Member or actively engaged in Roundhouse Youth Projects. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, passionate about the arts, and comfortable communicating their experiences to others.
