Self Made: How To turn an Idea Into A Business

with Amy Dalton-Hardy

Ages 18-30

Roundhouse Works

Do you have a creative idea or project you’d like to turn into a business but don’t know where to start?

This one-day workshop is designed to help you take that first step. You’ll leave with the practical knowledge, tools, and actionable steps to start your creative venture with confidence.

The day is split into two interactive halves.

  • In the morning, we’ll explore vision and purpose: using vision boarding to define the “why” behind your idea and map out your goals.
  • In the afternoon, we’ll get practical: from business planning and financial forecasting to understanding legal requirements, you’ll gain the foundations needed to bring your idea to life.

Self Made is powered by Inflexion Foundation.

What you’ll get:

  • A clear vision and purpose for your creative business idea.
  • Practical skills in business planning, budgeting, and financial basics.
  • Guidance on legal requirements to start your venture.
  • An actionable roadmap to take your idea from concept to launch.
  • Confidence to turn your creativity into a real business.
