Stage Combat and Devised Theatre (15-17)

Ages 15-17

Discover how to bring dramatic fight scenes to life safely and convincingly on stage.

This three-session half-term course introduces the fundamentals of stage combat and explores how to use them in devised theatre. You’ll create your own scenes, build characters, and work collaboratively to produce an original short piece that combines storytelling and physicality – all culminating in a final sharing performance.

What you’ll  get:

  • Learn core stage combat techniques from professional tutors
  • Develop skills in choreography, timing, and safe physical performance
  • Devise original scenes that blend movement and storytelling
  • Build trust, communication, and teamwork with other performers
  • Gain confidence performing in front of an audience
