Self Made Online: How to Navigate a Creative Career Pivot with Confidence

Ages 18-30

Online

Every creative career is full of twists and turns, whether you’re leaving a 9-to-5 to go freelance, trying to find stability in self-employment, or figuring out what comes next. Change can be exciting, but it also brings uncertainty, and that’s where many people get stuck. It’s not just about knowing what to do next – it’s about having the confidence to go for it.

This workshop is about helping you push past the fear and doubt that can hold you back. You’ll learn how to reframe uncertainty as opportunity, shift your mindset when self-doubt creeps in, and build the resilience to keep moving forward. Because the difference between standing still and achieving your goals often comes down to what’s happening in your head.

What will you learn?

  • How to move forward even when you’re unsure of the “right” next step. Learn to navigate career changes with confidence.
  • Practical strategies to manage self-doubt. Develop tools to quiet the inner critic and take action.
  • How to build a mindset that supports your goals. Shift your thinking so fear and uncertainty don’t keep you stuck.
  • Ways to create momentum in your creative career. Whether you’re starting out or making a big transition, you’ll leave with clear next steps.
