Ages 18-30
Every creative career is full of twists and turns, whether you’re leaving a 9-to-5 to go freelance, trying to find stability in self-employment, or figuring out what comes next. Change can be exciting, but it also brings uncertainty, and that’s where many people get stuck. It’s not just about knowing what to do next – it’s about having the confidence to go for it.
This workshop is about helping you push past the fear and doubt that can hold you back. You’ll learn how to reframe uncertainty as opportunity, shift your mindset when self-doubt creeps in, and build the resilience to keep moving forward. Because the difference between standing still and achieving your goals often comes down to what’s happening in your head.
Dina Grishin is a London-based life and career coach working with professionals, self-employed creatives, and small business owners who feel stuck in their careers or work. Her coaching approach helps clients cut through uncertainty, understand what truly drives them, and create meaningful change without burnout.
Through her signature clarity process, Dina guides people toward work that aligns with their strengths, values, and vision – so they can move forward with confidence.
