Screen Talks and Networking: Acting in Film and TV

The panel will feature experts from the film and TV industry.

This event is co-hosted by the Roundhouse and Fully Focused Productions. 

Fully Focused is a youth-led production company making award-winning, high-impact film, TV and online content. An organisation with a social focus, every commission to Fully Focused enables young people to gain valuable experience, paid employment and transferable skills whilst simultaneously injecting every brief with an authentic youth voice.

Fully Focused have also founded Million Youth Media, a platform for young film creators and the MYM Academy that helps young people to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to pursue a career in film.

Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?

This event is for absolute beginners, intermediate through to advanced.

We welcome everyone to attend, whether you’re a actor, a filmmaker with heaps of experience, an actor, a film lover, or are completely new to the industry.

If you need help to pay for things like project fees, transport or childcare, we can help. Find out how you can get support. If you are using a bursary to pay for the project, please ensure you arrange this with the Advice Base with plenty of time before the start of the project.
