Ages 18-25
This two-evening course is for aspiring audio editors, producers, and engineers aged 18–25 who already have some experience with Ableton Live and want to build confidence using more advanced workflows in a professional studio environment.
Through guided workshops and practical exercises, you’ll explore how Ableton Live is used across real-world music and audio production settings. You’ll develop your editing, mixing, and production techniques while learning new ways to approach creative and technical workflows within the DAW.
By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a completed piece of audio you’ve mixed or edited in Ableton Live, alongside a stronger understanding of the software and greater confidence in your own practice.
Mathew Lomas – Multidisciplinary musician, studio engineer, and DJ, specialising in composition and scoring for moving image.
Some previous experience using Ableton Live is required. Beginner-level knowledge is recommended.
This project is first come, first served with limited spaces. Book online via the Roundhouse website for both sessions.
