Open DAW Series: Pro Tools for Intermediates

Ages 18-25

Ready to develop your Pro Tools skills further?

This two-evening course is for aspiring audio editors, producers, and engineers aged 18–25 who already have some experience with Pro Tools and want to strengthen their technical and creative workflows in a professional studio environment.

Through guided workshops and hands-on exercises, you’ll explore how Pro Tools is used across professional music, post-production, and audio editing settings. You’ll build confidence using industry-standard workflows while developing your editing, mixing, and session management skills within the DAW.

By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a completed piece of audio you’ve mixed or edited in Pro Tools, alongside a clearer understanding of the software and greater confidence in your own practice.

What you’ll get

  • Insight into how Pro Tools is used in professional audio production environments
  • Exploration of Pro Tools stock plugins and editing tools
  • Hands-on studio training with professional guidance
  • Focused group learning in a supportive environment
  • Practical experience developing your own workflows and editing techniques
