Curate an Exhibition: Music and Youth culture

Ages 18-25

Roundhouse Studios

This fortnightly programme is about exploring your identity and creativity through the lens of London’s youth and music culture.

Over the course of 15 sessions, participants will take part in workshops covering zine-making, music photography, personal branding and more.

Rooted in the cultural heritage of Camden, the programme blends archive exploration with hands-on creative skills, encouraging participants to reflect on their own experiences and tell their stories in meaningful ways. The journey culminates in a public exhibition in spring 2026, showcasing the individual projects and collective creativity of the group.

Delivered in partnership with the Museum of Youth Culture, sessions will happen across the Roundhouse and Museum of Youth Culture’s new Camden space.

Ideal for young people interested in music, fashion, visual arts, or storytelling—no previous experience necessary.

What you get:

  • Build skills in content creation, photography, heritage, and exhibition curation relevant to your music career.
  • Discover the rich history of music culture in London and Camden.
  • Work with industry professionals to create a zine, shoot promotional videos, and learn the art of music photography and interviews.
  • Showcase your work and the groups at an exhibition in Spring 2026.
