Formed in 2014, the Michigan emo heroes started out playing basement shows and naming songs through autocorrect chaos. A decade later, they’ve grown into one of the scene’s most respected bands — streaming in the hundreds of millions, touring with icons like The Wonder Years and Jimmy Eat World, and consistently selling out thousand-cap venues worldwide.
Now, Hot Mulligan hit the Roundhouse in support of their phenomenal new album The Sound a Body Makes When It’s Still (Wax Bodega) — their boldest, most emotionally charged record yet. Expect the blistering hooks, cathartic chaos, and sing-until-your-lungs-give-out choruses that have earned them cult status, plus brand-new songs destined to become setlist staples.
