Best known as one of the iconic voices of the Grammy-winning Buena Vista Social Club and the unmistakable singer of Chan Chan, Ochoa remains a towering figure in global music.
With his rugged charm, trademark hat and cowboy boots, Ochoa has often been called Cuba’s Johnny Cash — a magnetic storyteller, master guitarist and one of the most distinctive voices in Cuban son. His music bridges generations, carrying the soul of Cuba’s countryside to stages around the world.
