Hailing from Castlewood, Virginia, 49 Winchester has built a reputation for their electrifying blend of alt-country, Americana, and rock. Formed by childhood friends Isaac Gibson (vocals/guitar), Chase Chafin (bass), and Bus Shelton (guitar), the band has grown from front porch jam sessions to selling out venues across the US and beyond.
Their latest album, Leavin’ This Holler, follows the breakout success of Fortune Favors the Bold, capturing their signature sound with raw storytelling, rollicking country rhythms, and searing rock energy. Featuring collaborations with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra and Maggie Antone, the album explores themes of home, growth, and resilience.
With major tours alongside Luke Combs and Tyler Childers, plus a debut at Bonnaroo, 49 Winchester continues to prove they’re one of the most exciting forces in modern country rock.
