The Roundhouse has launched its 2026 catering tender, inviting expressions of interest from caterers representing the full breadth of culinary traditions across the UK.
Alongside epic gigs and a vibrant youth programme, the Roundhouse hosts large-scale galas, major awards ceremonies, conferences, receptions and brand events, welcoming audiences of up to 1,800. The venue is seeking applications to expand its approved list with catering partners who can deliver authentic, culturally representative menus for its diverse programme of events.
The Roundhouse is seeking caterers specialising in contemporary British and European dining, as well as Afro-Caribbean, Asian, South American, Kosher, Halal, plant-based and street-food concepts. Applications are especially welcomed from caterers who can demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability, including waste reduction, responsible sourcing and minimising environmental impact.
Rhiân Pressley, Head of Events, said: “Our world-class, award-winning events require catering teams with genuine cultural insight, creativity, and, of course, delicious food. We’re looking for caterers capable of meeting the varied requirements of our busy event calendar with consistency and flair.”
The new catering contracts will run for three years, with the option to extend for a further two. Applicants must demonstrate experience delivering events for 500+ guests, and the capability to supply and manage all necessary equipment. Applicants should also display alignment with the Roundhouse’s values of accountability, inclusion and positive social change.
Expressions of interest are open now until Friday 6 February, with successful caterers confirmed in October 2026. Expressions of interest can be submitted by emailing events.tenders@roundhouse.org.uk.
