25 days’ holiday a year plus bank holidays

You will exchange (a minimum of) 4% of your basic salary to be contributed to your pension fund. The Company will contribute 4%, and in addition add 13.8% of the amount exchanged in respect of the National Insurance saved by the Company. You may increase the amount you exchange at any time.

We offer an interest free season ticket loan to be paid back in 12 instalments to help cover the cost of travelling to and from the workplace.

We are affiliated with the Cyclescheme which helps you save between 26% to 40% on a bike and accessories and allows you to pay for these in 12 instalments. We can also offer secure cycle storage, lockers and showers.

Your EAP is a free, confidential service which provides useful information, practical support and counselling on a wide range of work, family and personal issues.

If you are a VDU user the Roundhouse will reimburse employees up to £30 for the cost of an eye test.
