What do I need to do?

It’s easy. Just decide what you would like to see and then come to the box office and get your ticket – preferably not just before the show starts! You can claim your ticket at any time, so don’t leave it to the last minute - why not come a few days early to ensure you don’t miss out.

You will need to bring some photo ID (e.g. passport, young person’s railcard) with you when you come to claim your ticket. We also need some details about you - you will need to tell us your date of birth, name and address and a phone number or email. You do not have to wait until the day of the performance to get your ticket – come in advance to avoid disappointment, but if you do come on the day please make sure you arrive at the box office at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
