The Interrupters at Roundhouse, Camden

Forget rigid genre labels—an Interrupters live show is less of a standard gig and more of an all-out, communal celebration. Equal parts cardio workout, dance party, and personal therapy, the Los Angeles quartet dismantle the barrier between band and crowd to create an electric atmosphere where joy, unity, and resilience take center stage.

Formed in 2011, guitarist Kevin Bivona and his twin brothers Justin (bass) and Jesse (drums) initially cut their teeth backing Rancid co-founder Tim Armstrong before teaming up with powerhouse frontwoman Aimee Interrupter. The chemistry was instantaneous. Backed by Armstrong’s mentorship and production across breakthrough records like Say It Out Loud and Fight the Good Fight, the band ignited the worldwide punk scene with infectious hooks, kinetic stage energy, and a deep reverence for 1980s 2 Tone ska.

Fueled by relentless touring—including high-profile runs alongside punk titans Bad Religion and Green Day—The Interrupters have earned a reputation as one of the most exhilarating and uplifting live acts on the road today. Expect a breathless set of anthemic singalongs, driving up-tempo rhythms, and infectious positivity under the Roundhouse roof.
