Rigid schedules don’t work for everyone – especially neurodiverse people. In this online workshop we’ll look at practical techniques to manage your time and help you get things done – from flexible time blocking, task organisation and restful boundaries built specifically for neurodivergent minds.
Vivienne Isebor is an award winning Creative-social Entrepreneur & Womanist, blending community activism, advocacy, psychology, and the arts to drive social change. She is the founder of ADHD Babes, the UK’s only community organisation supporting Black women and non-binary people with ADHD, and a qualified Clinical Associate in Psychology from UCL.
Since being diagnosed in her 20’s with ADHD and living with mental health difficulties Vivienne has run awareness workshops and advocated at institutions, business and platforms such as BBC, The Guardian and Forbes. She is currently writing a book about the experiences of Black Women and Non-binary people with ADHD.
This free online workshop is for creative freelancers, founders, and entrepreneurs aged 18–30 who identify as neurodivergent.
