We’ll break down what a producer actually does in film and video production, from pre-production, production and post-production, and how they streamline the entire process.

Meet the tutor

Antonia Luxem is a freelance producer who has worked across short fiction films, artist moving image, digital twins, short form digital content, music videos and live-streaming for agencies and institutions including The Roundhouse, VMI, Squint/Opera, Box Media, Dazed Digital, Abbey Road.

She is co-founder of production company Other People’s Films that produces and programmes films and moving image work that sit at the intersection of experimental art and conventional films. Antonia has directed artist films as well as music videos for artists Elena Tonra (Ex:Re/Daughter), Ruth Lyon, Luca Manning, Culture Mile, William Marsey / Shadwell Opera, Night Works, Holy Moly & The Crackers.

Who it’s for: 

This workshop is for young people aged 18–25 looking to break into film. No prior producing or video experience is required to take part.
