Uncover your identity, master new creative skills, and make your mark on London’s iconic youth and music culture.

Rooted in the legendary creative heritage of Camden, this hands-on, 8-session programme blends archive exploration with real-world skill-building. You’ll work alongside industry professionals to reflect on your own story, craft your personal brand, and collaborate on a public exhibition set to open in Spring 2027.

Delivered in partnership with the Museum of Youth Culture, sessions take place across two iconic venues: Roundhouse and the Museum of Youth Culture’s brand-new Camden space.

No experience required—just bring your passion for music, fashion, visual arts, or storytelling.

What you’ll get:

• Real-World Creative Skills: Master music photography, zine-making, promo video shooting, and interviewing techniques.

• Industry & Heritage Knowledge: Deep-dive into London and Camden’s rich music history while learning personal branding and exhibition curation to kickstart your creative career.

• Direct Mentorship: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry pros to bring your ideas to life.

• A Public Showcase: Exhibit your individual and group projects in a major public exhibition in Spring 2027.

If you need help to pay for things like project fees, transport or childcare, we can help. Find out how you can get support. If you are using a bursary to pay for the project, please ensure you arrange this with the Advice Base with plenty of time before the start of the project.
