Episode 1: Boy Blue with Emmeline Armitage

Transmission Roundhouse host Emmeline Armitage is joined by Boy Blue’s co-founders Kenrick Sandy and Michael “Mikey J” Asante ahead of their new show Cycles, which they will perform at the Roundhouse Three Sixty Festival in 2026. Boy Blue’s latest production showcases hip hop dance at its most fluid, distilled and skilful — a resolute and joyful exploration of the form in all its variations.

Episode 2: Julie Adenuga with Mandi Furaji

Transmission Roundhouse host Mandi Furaji is joined by Julie Adenuga ahead of Julie’s top 5 live show which she will host at Roundhouse Three Sixty Festival in 2026. Soundtracked by Julie’s house band the composers, plus special guests Trevor Nelson, Rachael Anson, Sarel, Chuckie Online. Julie’s top 5 showcases all things Black British anthems, from Grime to UK Garage, Afro Swing and beyond.

Episode 2: Caitlin O’Ryan with Beattie Green

Transmission Roundhouse host Beattie Green is joined by Caitlin O’Ryan ahead of a special SpitNights showcase, celebrating one of the UK’s fastest-growing platforms for emerging jazz and poetry talent, featuring explosive performances, unexpected collaborations, and a live improvised jazz band alongside standout artists including Harry Baker and Maureen Onwunali.y’s most vital and unapologetic artists.
