Album producers Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi reunite with the Amy Winehouse Band for an evening honouring 20 years of Back to Black.

Special guests include Baby Rose, Corinne Bailey Rae, FLO, Jessie Reyez, Jorja Smith, Lianne La Havas, Nia Smith, Sasha Keable, Skye Newman, Yebba and more.

Amy Winehouse’s close friends and artistic collaborators will reunite on stage at the Roundhouse in Camden on Wednesday 21 October, for a one-night-only concert honouring 20 years of Back to Black – universally regarded as one of the greatest, most important and influential albums in pop history.

Mark Ronson said: “I’m honoured to be asked to come celebrate Amy alongside Salaam and some amazing artists worthy of singing her songs. Doing justice to the legacy of Back to Black is the order of the night.”

Salaam Remi said: “Funny how time flies! I can’t believe it’s been 20 years already. I’m excited to see what these ladies bring to their versions of these songs we know and love.”

Led by original album producers Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi, Amy’s long-term musical director Dale Davis, producers Paul O’Duffy and p*nut, and Darcus Beese OBE, the concert will feature The Amy Winehouse Band performing Back to Black in full with special guest vocalists.

Special guests, hand-picked by the album’s original producers, will include Baby Rose, Corinne Bailey Rae, FLO, Jessie Reyez, Jorja Smith, Lianne La Havas, Nia Smith, Sasha Keable, Skye Newman, and Yebba, as well as writer and producer p*nut. 

The concert will be broadcast on BBC Two in late October as part of a night of programming celebrating Amy, as well as on BBC Radio 2 on Monday 26th October, 7-9pm within Jo Whiley’s show.

Back to Black, Amy’s deeply personal, lyrical and musical masterpiece, won five GRAMMY Awards and has sold well over 25 million copies worldwide. Amy Winehouse, a once in a generation talent, is rightly revered around the world for her extraordinary songwriting ability, her honesty, her remarkable voice, and the purity of her artistry.
