About Isaac

Isaac Bokoko is a cinematographer and curator of Congolese, Guadeloupean, and Welsh heritage, based in Islington and Camden. His work explores identity, community, and everyday life, shaped by his mixed heritage and working-class background. His award-winning debut Benchwarmers, along with I Need To Talk To God and You’re a FOB, examine belonging, resistance, and diaspora identity.

Committed to amplifying marginalised voices, Isaac is a leader of Community Film Collective and a core member of ShadesOf. His curatorial projects include ShadesOf Resistance and ShadesOf Migration at The Bomb Factory Arts Foundation.

About Ryan

Ryan Rusconi is a London-based composer, sound designer, cellist and audio engineer. He began his musical education at the age of four and has played in several prestigious British orchestras throughout his youth including NCO and LSSO. After leading the University of Surrey’s orchestra’s cello section, and being awarded the degree of Bachelor of Music with First Class Honours, he completed an Advanced Diploma in Audio Post Production for Film and TV at Abbey Road Institute and a short course led by the National Film & Television School on Composition for Film and TV. Ryan has won several awards, most recently, being awarded The David Lovatt Music Composition Prize for submitting the best final year undergraduate composition folio.

About Emma

Emma Wiltshire (she/her) is the founder of FullHouse, bringing experience across technology, startups, and the performing arts. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney, with majors in Finance and Chinese Studies.

With a background in software, product development, sales, and marketing, Emma has worked across startups, venture capital, and technology companies, alongside earlier work as an independent theatre producer. Emma relocated to London in 2025 to lead the launch of FullHouse for the theatre industry.

FullHouse is an open-source database, intended to serve as an interactive digital archive and free marketing resource for the UK theatre scene.

The platform allows users and production companies alike to list full credits, automatically generating profiles for performers and artists. Over time, users can build and update their own artist profiles-creating dynamic digital CVs that connect directly to the productions they’ve worked on.

FullHouse has been recognised through several programs and awards, including the Createch: Digital Enterprise Program (supported by Creative Australia) and the Fearless Innovator Grant Program (supported by the Government of South Australia, Women in Innovation, and Fearless Females).

Seeing the backstage fashion brands, she saw how embedded the waste issue was in the fashion industry and realised that only new-gen, modern businesses could come up with real solutions to tackle it.
Already committed to a secondhand wardrobe herself, Elisa saw an opportunity to reimagine secondhand fashion as desirable and accessible.

Thea Jacobra is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director. They have managed several startups since the age of 21, founded two successful modeling agencies, created the first LGBTQ+ kid’s book in the Czech Republic, and have been part of many businesses as a consultant or creative director internationally.

From 2015, they demonstrated a strong commitment to social causes through not only their art projects but also collaboration with Amnesty International and Trans Legal Clinic. During this period, they passionately addressed topics of queerness and identity of various minorities, inspiring young individuals to find their authentic voices.

My name is Shel, a 25-year-old co-founder of Rainbow Tales. I’m a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter driven by curiosity, emotion, and storytelling. I thrive in creative spaces, enjoying the process of shaping new ideas into finished work that feels whole and personal. Whether I’m writing, producing, or experimenting with sound, I value collaboration, intention, and growth. In 2025 we have saved 4,000kg of clothing from landfill. Our work spans artists, communities, charities and brands, offering practical solutions to overproduction and surplus stock.
