At Transmission Roundhouse, we believe that great ideas shouldn’t go unheard. We offer a space for young creatives to develop their skills, gain industry insight, and produce high-quality audio content that cuts through the noise.

But creating a successful podcast takes more than just a microphone and an idea. Professional equipment, expert guidance, and strategic distribution are crucial. Without these, even the most innovative concepts can struggle to find an audience. That’s where we come in.

What you’ll get

  • An 11-Week Training Programme – A mix of online and in-person workshops covering everything from production techniques to career development.
  • Access to Professional Studios & Equipment – The tools and environment needed to produce high-quality content.
  • Mentorship from Industry Experts – Learn from professionals who have produced award-winning content and can guide you through the process.
  • Marketing & Platforming Support – We help ensure your podcast reaches the right listeners and gains traction in the industry.
  • A Pilot Episode & Next Steps – By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed and recorded a pilot episode, with the opportunity to discuss how to launch a full series.

Transmission Roundhouse has helped young creators achieve major success, from winning British Podcast Awards to being selected for Tribeca. If you’re ready to take your podcasting aspirations to the next level, we’re here to make it happen.
