Legendary Queen songwriter, drummer, and singer Roger Taylor has announced a highly anticipated return to Roundhouse this September. Marking his only UK shows this year, the exclusive six-date tour celebrates his seventh solo studio album, Violence Insane In A Beautiful World, releasing 18 September via Columbia Records.
The self-produced album explores themes of global turmoil balanced with hope, featuring eclectic styles and a majestic cover of Jealous Guy. The project is spearheaded by the exuberant single Come On Summer (It’s Party Time), featuring a transformative collaboration with South Africa’s Ndlovu Youth Choir.
For these rare performances, Roger Taylor will be backed by his extraordinary live band, including keyboardist Spike Edney and supporting drummer Tyler Warren. The date represents a historic return to the iconic venue, where he last performed in 2011 alongside Foo Fighters.
