Step-free Access

The main entrance to the venue, the box office and all performance spaces are step free. We have a passenger lift which services each level of the venue and is located close to the accessible toilets.

Wheelchair User Access

All our performance spaces are accessible to wheelchair users. In the main space, specific spaces are available to book depending on the seating configuration. Typically, for a standard gig, there are 4 wheelchair user positions on level 2 that can be booked online. We also have a number of wheelchairs onsite that are available to patrons to borrow if required. The dimensions of our passenger lift are 137cm x 137cm.

Accessible Counters

There are dropped counters at Studios, Box office, Cloakroom and the Merchandise Counter when in use.

Accessible Parking

A limited number parking spaces with step-free access from the car park are available at the venue and we advise booking early. Please contact us if you would like to reserve a space. Alternative parking is available in the surrounding area (link to Camden website).

Accessible Toilets

Accessible Toilets are available on all levels, with accessible baby changing facilities next to the studio theatre on Level 0 and in the main space on Level 1.

For Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons

A hearing loop system is available in the ground floor foyer for anyone using hearing aids, with Sennheiser hearing enhancement available in the main space and studio theatre.

For Blind or Vision-Impaired Patrons

Signage throughout the venue is tactile and in braille. We are working to introduce Navilens around the building.

Assistance Animals

Assistance animals are welcome in all areas of the venue. For level 1 seated performances additional assistance animal spaces are included within the ticketing plan.

Medical Requirements

We welcome audience members who need to bring medicines, medical equipment, food or drink to manage a medical condition. If you have any concerns about being allowed entry with any items you require, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
