Home Recording Studio Hire Proposal

Our professional recording studio is available for artists, bands and musicians to use.

  • The recording studio costs start at £60 for a 4-hour session and that includes a professional engineer to support you in your session.
  • We offer a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 7 hours; pricing is calculated at £15 per hour, so a 4-hour session is £60, 5 hours is £75, etc.
    Studio Capacity: 6, plus the engineer

The recording studio is available at the following times:
Friday to Sunday: 10:00-17:00
Monday to Thursday: 14:00-21:00

Give the names of everyone who will be attending the session. NOTE: All attendees must be 25 or under, and bring ID showing proof of age.
List any specific equipment requirements you may need e.g. amps, keyboards etc
List any mains-powered electrical devices you will be bringing, as these will need to be PAT tested by us beforehand.
Outline what you would like to achieve in your sessions, i.e. how many songs/mixes, level of overdubs etc. This will help the engineer work out what is possible. Please note that you may not be able to achieve all of this in one session.

The session fee is £60 for four hours, and £15 for each hour after that.

IMPORTANT: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a recording studio booking. Failure to do so within this time will mean that you will still incur the full charge of the session. This is linked to the cost we incur from hiring an engineer to work for your session.

The time booked in the studio includes setting up, packing down and transferring of files.

Everyone attending the session must be 25 or under, and bring ID with proof of age to the session.

It is highly recommended that you bring an external hard drive, Mac formatted (HFS) in order to take the session files home with you.

There is no food or drink allowed in the studio.

The Roundhouse will process personal data, supplied in this form and in any other form, in line with the Privacy Policy.
