Anthea Hudson is the Events & Engagement Lead at Notting Hill Carnival Ltd and Carnival Village Trust, two of the UK’s leading organisations for Carnival arts. With nearly a decade of experience, she leads on large-scale cultural projects including parades, stage programming, artist curation and strategic partnerships.

London based music executive, Ben Ryan, is the founder and managing director of, City Splash Festival. Over a 20 year career, Ben has worked for major record companies including EMI Music & Virgin Records and he has delivered national and international music projects for organisations such as Mayor of London, British Council, Arts Council and Live Nation.

City Splash has become a beacon for the scene, uniting communities and giving legendary artists their flowers. From Chronixx’s only show in seven years to Capleton’s long-awaited UK return after 13 years, the festival has delivered historic moments that will be remembered for a lifetime.

Elsie Ayotunde Cullen, founder of Ourppls, a community engagement agency, is an experienced cultural producer and programmer, with years of health and wellness experience. Elsie has led large-scale cultural events, including museum takeovers at the V&A, brand activations for Adidas at Somerset House and Saatchi Gallery, and award ceremonies at the Natural History Museum. As a former ICU nurse before transitioning to Community Manager at GUAP magazine, Elsie has designed a range of holistic youth programs and partnerships with schools, universities, and global brands.Holding a Master’s from LSE in Health & International Development, Elsie’s research on diaspora creativity and development informs Ourppls’ mission.
