Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a bedroom producer, level up at our drop in sessions. Learn to produce original tracks, master industry-standard software, and collaborate with others creatives. 

What you’ll gain:

• Understand DAWs: Get a practical introduction to Digital Audio Workstations, professional instruments, and audio effects.
• Build beats: Dedicated studio time and space to develop your own unique tracks. 
• Expert mentoring: Receive tailored, one-on-one guidance from experienced Roundhouse music production tutors throughout your session.
• Connect: Meet like-minded future collaborators, including co-producers, songwriters, rappers, and instrumentalists.
• Level up: Learn to record, mix, and push your signature sound to an industry standard.

Who it’s for: This project is for young people aged 15–17 who want to explore music production. All abilities are completely welcome, from absolute beginners to experienced bedroom producers.

How to join

This is a drop-in session, meaning you don’t have to book in advance. Just come to Roundhouse Studios front desk and pay £2 on arrival (booking opens 30 minutes beforehand) 

It’s first-come, first-served with limited spaces. Please arrive by the start time to sign in. Latecomers will only be admitted if there is space.

If you need help to pay for things like project fees, transport or childcare, we can help. Find out how you can get support. If you are using a bursary to pay for the project, please ensure you arrange this with the Advice Base with plenty of time before the start of the project.
