Where are the concerts taking place?

How can I get tickets?
If you’re a UK resident you can apply to win tickets to see the shows in person by visiting www.itunes.com/festival.

Fans around the world can watch it for free — live or for a limited time afterward — with iTunes on their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or computer, or big screen with Apple TV.

What time does the Roundhouse open?
Doors open at 6pm.

What is the latest time I can arrive?
Anyone arriving later than 8pm is not guaranteed entry.

Can my guest arrive later than I do?
No. The guest must arrive with the winner and will not be admitted without the winner present.

What time will the opening artist be performing?
The opening artist will go on stage at approximately 7:45pm.

What time will the headliner perform?
The headliner will go on stage at approximately 9pm.

What time do the shows usually finish?
Performances finish around 10:30pm.

What time does the venue close?
The Roundhouse closes at approximately 11pm each night.

How old do you have to be to attend?
You must be at least 14 years old or accompanied by an adult.

Am I allowed to sell my ticket or buy someone else’s ticket?
No. If you purchase tickets for the iTunes Festival, you will be refused entry. Tickets may not be sold, traded, transferred, or offered for sale. Tickets may not be used as a prize for any other promotional or trade purpose by anyone except the event organizers. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation. Those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the concert. All ticketholders must bring photo identification.

Unfortunately, a handful of people do sometimes try to sell their tickets. We work closely with major ticketing agencies and reseller websites to prevent this activity, and they will remove posts offering tickets for sale once they become aware of them.

What facilities are being provided for disabled people?
For disabled access, notify the Roundhouse in advance by emailing access@roundhouse.org.uk

Can I bring food and drink into the venue?
There are a variety of options to purchase food and drink at the venue. You are not permitted to bring your own.

Is there an ATM at the venue?
Yes.

Is there a cloakroom at the venue?
Yes, but there is limited space.

What do I do if I lose any belongings at the venue?
You are responsible for your belongings when attending an event and the Roundhouse accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue. Alert one of the Roundhouse staff if you lose anything and they will help if they can.

Can the Roundhouse refuse anyone admission?
Yes, the Roundhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to – or eject – any person who is, in the staff’s opinion, behaving dangerously or inappropriately.

Is there a limit to the number of live shows for which I can request tickets?
Each entrant may only win one pair of tickets per concert and may win no more than five pairs of tickets in total throughout the iTunes Festival.

I don’t live in the UK. Can I enter to win tickets?
Due to legal restrictions, ticket competitions on the iTunes Store are open to UK residents only.

I’ve entered to win tickets, what happens next?
Once you apply for tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll be notified whether or not you’ve won tickets from July 2014 and up to 7 days before each show, when the prize draw closes. If you’ve been chosen as a winner for any of the shows, you’ll need to confirm your tickets within 72 hours of the email having been sent.

I’ve won but failed to confirm before the 72-hour deadline. What can I do?
Winners who fail to confirm acceptance as instructed in their winner-notification email will forfeit their tickets.

Will there by audio-visual recordings of the performance?
Yes. By attending this event, you are agreeing that film and audio recordings of the performances, including your voice and likeness, may be used for commercial purposes on a worldwide, royalty-free basis.

What happens if a show is cancelled?
If a show is cancelled, we will make you aware as soon as we can. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule the show or offer you tickets to an alternative night.

I’m not attending in person, how can I watch the shows?
There are several ways to watch shows both live or afterwards for a limited time: Via the iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or computer. Using Apple TV (select iTunes Festival from the main menu) or using AirPlay. To learn more visit www.itunes.com/festival

What software version is required to watch the performances?
You may need to update your software in order to watch the performances. To watch performances in iTunes, you must be using iTunes 11.03 or later, iOS 6 or later, Apple TV (second or third generation) with the latest software update.
