This Roundhouse Roundtable digital discussion is open to any person aged 18-25
The Glory is East London’s most famous gay bar, drag hothouse, LGBTQ+ performance venue as well as being the curators behind major events and festivals at other venues and locations across the UK (including the Roundhouse). Proudly owned by iconic London drag queens Jonny Woo and John Sizzle, plus legendary party-starter Colin Rothbart, The Glory are committed to nurturing and making space for emerging queer artists through platforms like the hugely popular LIPSYNC1000 and providing professional performance opportunities.
For this online roundtable discussion, Jonny Woo will be joined by artists who have worked with and been supported by The Glory to discuss how venues and organisations can and do meaningfully support artists’ development and the types of support artists need in 2020 and beyond.
Full line up to be announced.
