All the important info. such as stage times, details of support acts and expected end times are always included on the event page at least a day before the event.

If stage times are not on the event page, it means we’re still waiting on the information from the artist. As soon as we know more we’ll upload it on the website.

Please note that stage times can always change without notice. Always plan your trip well in advance and try to arrive in good time before the first artist is due on stage as there may be queue.

We do have limited parking for Blue Badge holders (for customers with a disability). Spaces are offered on a first come first served basis and can be reserved by emailing access@roundhouse.org.uk.

We strongly advise against driving to our venue as parking in the local area is restricted and it’ll be hard for you to find a space. If you would like more information on local parking we recommend taking a look at Camden Council’s Parking Search.

Different events have different rules regarding the use of cameras. If there are specific photography restrictions they will be advertised on the event web page and the doors to the venue.

For music events, non-professional camera and video equipment is acceptable to use. Cameras with large lenses will not be allowed into the venue.

However, at the request of some artists there may be a no photography rule across the venue which will be advertised on the doors and enforced by our security team. The advertised photography rule will be a condition of entry and failure to comply with the policy may result in offenders being asked to leave the venue.

As a general rule photography at performing arts events is not permitted.

At the Roundhouse we celebrate difference and welcome everyone.

We want everyone to experience an environment where they can be themselves without fear of, or without experiencing harassment.

By that we mean any unwanted behaviour that is intimidating or humiliating. We take a zero tolerance approach to it and you are not welcome at the venue if you behave in this way.

If you experience this behaviour at the Roundhouse please report it. Find a member of staff, a volunteer or member of security and tell them what happened. The Roundhouse team will then take the appropriate action.

We hope this doesn’t happen at our venue but we want you to know, if it does, we’ll take what you say seriously and act upon it. If you have any questions please get in touch

There are two reasons we remove the bottle tops and open cans in the venue. Firstly, should someone get a little over excited and throw their sealed bottle or can containing liquid into the crowd or onto the stage it could hit someone and cause an injury. By taking the top off or opening the can there is less chance of someone being injured, even if it does mean that the liquid would spill out if thrown. Secondly, a bottle without its lid or open can is less of a trip hazard, as these will just crush on the floor. For the same reasons, we serve anything which must be in a cup in a crushable disposable cup.

Sorry if this is an inconvenience but we try to prevent accidents as much as possible. Unfortunately, we’re not able to make exceptions and in the interests of fairness it is one rule for all our visitors.

As we’re located on Chalk Farm Road in inner London, there are no coach parking facilities nearby.

Vehicles aren’t allowed to park on the road, however it might be possible to drop people off at the front of the building, depending on the amount of traffic at the time of your arrival.

If you’re arranging for a coach to collect you at the end of the event, please be very considerate to our local residents living nearby and do not allow the driver to wait on the road – the endless rumble of an engine can be pretty annoying! We would ask that coach pick-ups are well organised, quiet and quick so as not to disrupt the traffic in the area.
