Professional development programmes
Behind the lens: Introduction to live broadcasting and film
Behind the lens is our intensive 7-week, free course for 18-25-year-olds that provides training and hands-on experience in film production, camera operating, post production and live editing/mixing, through intensive workshops, guest masterclasses and working on productions at the Roundhouse.
The programme aims to open up access to careers in film, tv, live broadcast and online media to those who may experience barriers to them.

Transmission Roundhouse

Roundhouse Film Fund
Roundhouse Film Fund offers emerging filmmakers aged 18-25 a £1,000 budget to create new short films exploring social and political issues. We additionally provide mentoring, equipment access and screening opportunities. Funded filmmakers also have the chance to further win the coveted Wiggin Emerging Filmmakers Award.
