Join Inua Ellams, writer of Barber Shop Chronicles, and Hot Brown Honey, directors of Hive City Legacy, plus more, for an evening of discussion hosted by writer, poet and journalist Bridget Minamore. Find out what their roles involve, and discover the different routes in to get where they are now. Discover the challenges and opportunities within the industry, and an insight into the next steps.

What will I get from taking part?
• Have a better understanding of the different off-stage and backstage roles in theatre and how they each contribute to a final production.
• Find out about the different pathways to these roles and any useful courses, traineeships, apprenticeships and schemes for the craft you are interested in.
• Meet and network with like-minded individuals

Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?
No experience necessary, an interest in the finding out about different careers within the theatre industry would be beneficial.

Is there anything I need to bring or wear?
Notebook and pen.
