What is the project about?
Interested in spoken word poetry? Come along to this introductory session where you can get to grips with Slam poetry, before having the opportunity to watch the Semi Final of the Roundhouse Slam!

What will I get from taking part?

  • Learn the basics of spoken word, and how a slam operates
  • Have a chance to write your own poetry and share with the other participants in a slam style performance
  • Watch the slam semi-final!

Experienced Slam Judges and Professional Poetry Practitioners

No experience needed

How do I pay for this project?
