Details
On this three-day masterclass you’ll learn songwriting from artists who’ve written for the likes of Kylie, Pink and Florence & the Machine.
You’ll understand the study of song DNA, discover how to make a hit and explore how to develop creative ideas through analysing song structure and genre, melody, phrasing, hooks, themes and idea generation techniques.
You’ll collaborate with others in the group to create an original song whilst receiving personal mentoring and practical guidance from your own songwriting tutor.
At the end of the masterclass you’ll perform in a Songwriters Showcase as part of the Roundhouse Rising Festival.
To apply send a link to your music online plus your completed enrolment form to music.projects@roundhouse.org.uk by 5pm, Friday 6 February.
