What is the project about?
Interested in producing live music events? Discover how to programme your own gigs and shadow the professionals as they deliver real Roundhouse events.
What will I get from taking part?
By taking part in this project you will:
• Find out what it takes to plan and deliver an event across October and November and learn more about creative programming, technical, budgeting and marketing
• Shadow Roundhouse staff on our In The Round programme in January
• Build towards programming your own 200 capacity Roundhouse gigs in February & March
• Find out how to build a career as a producer
Who will be teaching the project?
Professional event producers and Roundhouse staff.
Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?
To get the most out of the project you’ll need an interest in live music and be keen to plan and deliver your own events. Previous events experience is desirable but not essential.
