London eight-piece KOKOROKO headline with their soul-shaking blend of neo jazz and Afrobeat.

With a name that means ‘Be Strong’ in the Nigerian language Orobo, the band are making waves for their spin on Afrobeat music and their raucous, horn-fueled live performances.

Led by London-based trumpeter Sheila Maurice-Grey, the seismic horn section is made up of (Maurice Grey, saxophonist Cassie Kinoshi, trombonist Richie Seivwright), guitar (Oscar Jerome), keys (Yohan Kebede), drums (Ayo Salawu) and percussion (Onome Edgeworth).
