Mixing poetry with clowning, movement and office banter, Sophie Fenella reveals a story of overcoming trauma in a world where spreadsheets are the number one priority.
Everything is Going to be Fine questions how we all look at mental health and shares tips on how to manage your existential crisis when lost in the depths of Microsoft Outlook.
This autobiographical performance is about the human capacity to persevere and the importance of positive thinking even in the bleakest of times.
Sophie invites you to join her in a group initiative to spread the message that everything is going to be fine.
