Connection has never been more important and the ability to use your voice to connect with others has proven to be one of the most rewarding and effective things you can do – so here is an opportunity to breathe.

We are inviting you to take some time out for yourself and join Mercury Nominated Singer-Songwriter ESKA for an experimental, digital workshop that explores the human voice – breathing and vocalising for wellbeing.

Our voices are housed in our bodies and one cannot be well without the other. We will explore various breathing exercises and vocal techniques that are designed to help ground you in the present moment and understand the health and social benefits of using your voice. Whether you are an experienced singer or a complete novice, this workshop is for you.
