Why do you charge booking fees?
We charge fees on our tickets in order to fulfil the sale and delivery of your tickets (staffing, website, scanners etc). The majority of the ticket price goes to the event promoter and/or producer so the fees allow us to deliver the ticketing service.
In order to keep costs down, we only charge delivery fees on physical tickets and will offer a free digital delivery method whenever possible.
For all events that have gone on sale from 1 January 2020, our ticket fee is based on a percentage model to ensure that lower cost tickets do not include a proportionally higher fee, keeping our tickets accessible to all.
