If you’ve purchased tickets held for collection at our box office and have lost the credit or debit card with which you booked then please bring with you…
- a printed copy of your order confirmation email
- an alternative bank card in the same name
- and a valid form of photo ID
…to the box office on the day of your event in order to collect your tickets.
Box office typically opens at 5pm on the day of an event, but please check our opening hours for up-to-date information.
