I've got tickets awaiting payment, how do I complete the booking?
If you’ve got tickets awaiting payment then you may have received an email from our team, confirming the details with a direct link to where you can complete your purchase.
You can also complete your booking online without the link:
- Login to your account
- ￼Select pending orders from the navigation on the right
- Select ‘Complete Booking’ for the order that you want to pay
- Review the details and select ‘Proceed to Payment’

Please note tickets will only be guaranteed up until payment due date.
