Want to break into the world of live television?

If you’re aged 18-25 and not currently studying or working, get the skills you need to progress in the industry plus mentoring from professionals on this free project.

Across 11 days you’ll be taught by experienced professionals on how to use broadcast quality camera equipment and edit using the latest software and technology in the Paul Hamlyn Roundhouse Studios.

You’ll gain real experience to boost your CV with 80 hours of volunteering across Roundhouse productions and events, including live broadcasts, promotional films and video productions.

Support is available to help with your travel and meal costs whilst taking part. Volunteering hours will include some evenings and weekends.

The course spans approximately two months and will give you a thorough grounding in self-shooting and post-production, which is essential to succeed within a production company or as a freelance filmmaker.

Previous Bloomberg Broadcast Volunteers have progressed into freelance and in-house TV roles for Channel 4, Comic Relief & Universal Music.
