Made in Camden has received rave reviews since opening in October 2010, thanks to the work of our Head Chef Josh Katz and his team. Josh cut his teeth with the much-loved and respected Ottolenghi empire, and is now making a name for himself as one of London’s most exciting Head Chefs.

An instant hit with London’s passionate food blogging community, Made in Camden is quickly growing from an undiscovered gem to one of North London’s most talked-about new eateries. We’ve achieved a cooking score of 3 in the 2012 Good Food Guide, placing us alongside the likes of The Modern Pantry, Terroirs, Polpo and Yotam Ottolenghi’s new eatery NOPI as well as a 4-star review from renowned restaurant critic, AA Gill, who placed Made in Camden in his top 6 restaurants of 2011.

Since opening, Made in Camden has enjoyed sold-out wine and gin tasting nights, and have plenty more exciting events on the horizon. With an extensive cocktail, beer and wine list, Made in Camden is more than a unique dining experience, it’s a great local bar too.

As our name suggests, we’re proud to be a part of Camden’s heritage – Josh grew up in the area, as did the restaurant’s designer, and we’re the only local stockist of all Camden Town Brewery beers, whilst nearby Bibendum supplies the wine. We’re also next door to one of Camden’s most legendary arts venues, the Roundhouse.

Bars

Torquil's Bar and Circle Bar (situated on levels one and two respectively) are open to ticket holders from 6.30pm on Main Space performance days (earlier for matinee performances) and serve a full range of draught and packaged beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and snacks.  Torquil's Bar has a large sun-spot terrace overlooking Chalk Farm Road, complete with plants, parasols and deckchairs.

Don't wait around!  There are two large bars in the Main Space on level one serving draught beer and cider, wine, soft drinks and snacks, both of which are equipped with speed dispense equipment that can pour your pint in under three seconds.  These bars open for Main Space performances at the advertised door time.
