Tax free giving through your salary
Payroll giving, also known as Give As You Earn (GAYE), is a great way to support the Roundhouse on a regular basis while also providing the added benefit of being cost-effective.
Regular donations are vital to fund our creative work with 11-25s and by donating through payroll giving, you can make your money go even further.
How it works
Your employer will deduct your allocated donation to the Roundhouse from your salary each week or month, before tax is taken.
This means that for every £1 you give, the Roundhouse will receive an extra 20p. So a donation of £10 per month would actually cost you just £8.00 at the basic tax rate of 20 per cent or £6.00 at the higher tax rate of 40 per cent.
Payroll giving is available to everyone who pays UK income tax and who is employed by a UK organisation. Please download and complete the GAYE form below and ask your employer to set you up on their scheme. What’s more some companies may also match employees' charitable donations up to a certain amount, so don’t forget to ask.
