Peer Motivators

Our peers are always the safest partners into the unknown.

  • We recruit teams of Peer Motivators, 15-19 years old to go to schools and youth organisations to promote Roundhouse Creative Projects to other young people.
  • Training includes sessions on marketing, outreach work, recruitment, effective support of the artist-tutors, disability awareness, health & safety and child protection matters.
  • The training is creative and inter-active to help you develop good communication, administrative and presentation skills.
  • Teams are recruited 2-3 times/year to support the round-year activities and the intensive holiday programme.

What does it involve?

  • Being part of a welcoming team of staff and peer volunteers who will help to make sure that all young people who come can make the most of what the Roundhouse Studios offer.
