Roundhouse Studios Under 18 BBC Electric Proms
The Roundhouse Studios Under 18 BBC Electric Proms was funded, supported and championed by the Music Manifesto. Young people were engaged in projects inspired by the acts appearing at the BBC Electric Proms in the Roundhouse. Young artists performed at a two day festival of live music at Dingwalls, aspiring young producers re mixed tracks by the Who and James Brown, and were even able to actually hand their funky remixes to the godfather of soul himself! Singer songwriters honed their skills in the studio backed by professional session musicians and young photographers, film crews and our Radio Station documented the whole event.
